Do I have to use all three together?
You can start with local presence, case management or transfer coordination. Access, scope and terms are agreed for each solution. Automatic technical integration of case records is not promised.
How do I get access to the apps?
PietätPro configures a trial account after a personal introduction. IMTO checks organisation, role and legitimate interest before activation. App sign-in is for approved users.
What does a regional partnership mean?
Your funeral home appears as a contact alongside agreed cemetery information. Regional availability and allocation are reviewed personally. No percentage commission is charged on funeral orders.
How do the cost models differ?
friedhof.city charges according to the agreed regional scope. PietätPro prices by active accounts with all features included. IMTO’s network fee is paid by the dispatcher or direct commissioning party.
Who carries out IMTO transfers?
Contracted funeral homes and transport partners provide the transport service. IMTO supplies the platform and coordination workflow. Drivers join through their organisation.
