IMTO Network

Allocate orders with confidence.
Carry out transfers reliably.

The IMTO app brings dispatchers and approved funeral homes or transport partners together in a traceable workflow, from the enquiry to the documented handover.

For national and international transfers. Feasibility is checked for each order.

Transfer coordination

The right view for your role.

Dispatch and operations have different responsibilities. IMTO provides suitable views and clearly assigned accountability.

In everyday practice

From order to handover.

One shared case connects planning, allocation, operations and evidence.

01

Case intake & allocation

Order details, routes, dates, offers and the award are managed in a single assigned workflow.

02

Journeys & mobile driver cockpit

Assigned drivers record journey actions, status, waiting times and deviations on the move.

03

Documents & chain of custody

Documents, physical originals and handovers remain associated with the case. Digital records support traceable evidence.

04

Roles & organisation-specific permissions

Participants see the information appropriate to their organisation, role and order. Accounts are reviewed before activation.

Working together

Your offer price
remains your offer price.

01 / Access

A free personal review.

The access request, personal review and activation are free according to the current project information.

02 / Commissioning side

A volume-based network fee.

The tiered network fee of 3–7% is paid by the dispatcher or direct commissioning party. Half is due on allocation and half after successful completion.

03 / Transport partners

No deduction from your offer.

IMTO does not deduct the network fee from your agreed provider price. You calculate your own costs, taxes and contractual terms.

IMTO provides the platform and coordination. The contracted businesses carry out the transfers. Admission to the network does not guarantee orders.

Your next step

Review first.
Then work together.

An access request does not create a user account. Approved users receive activation information by email. Drivers are added through their organisation. The interface is available in German, English, French, Italian and Spanish.

Do not submit case, health or deceased-person data in the public request form.
